The Missouri National Guard (MONG) hosted participants in the Leadership Missouri Program. The program aims to identify current and emerging leaders throughout the state, enhance their leadership skills, and deepen their knowledge of the state’s opportunities and challenges. The visit included tours of the Museum of Missouri Military History, the State Emergency Management Agency, and military equipment familiarization. The participants attended briefings on the MONG, employer support of National Guardsmen and on leadership skills.
