Airmen assigned to the 86th Maintenance Group on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, recently earned a "Black Letter" for a C-130J. Black Lettering an aircraft means that every single maintenance discrepancy is identified and mitigated. Dedicated Crew Chief, SSgt Kyle Shea says "as a Crew Chief, Black Lettering an aircraft is the ultimate goal."
