Narration:
U.S. Army Garrison Japan Commander Colonel Philip Gage and Command Sergeant Major Billy Norman changed the patches on their Soldiers’ uniforms, signifying the change of their direct reporting unit from Installation Management Command to Army Material Command, during a “patch over” ceremony at Camp Zama.
This transition was implemented March 1st in order to improve how the Army integrates and delivers base support, services and facilities to enable readiness and enhance the well-being of Soldiers, families and civilians.
