AGUADILLA, Puerto Rico—Col. Stephen G. Harlan, Army Reserve 210th Regional Support Group outgoing commander, passes the responsibility of the command to Col. Andrew H. Robertson, incoming commander during a change of command ceremony May 15.
A change of command is a military tradition, the passing of colors from an outgoing commander to an incoming one ensures that the unit and its soldiers is never without official leadership.
“This is 100 years of U.S. Army Reserve in Puerto Rico, and it is an exceptional honor to get to assume command at this milestone,” said proud Robertson. “I am humbled and overwhelmed to take this charge.”
