Crewmembers of the USACE (San Francisco District's) Drift Collector John A.B. Dillard, Jr., and other District vessels braved frigid Bay area waters April 20, 2023, as they wrapped up three days of rescue swimmer certification first in the classroom, then out on the Dillard. The crew practiced various open water exercises just off Angel Island and near the Golden Gate Bridge.
