Mr. Randy Hildebrandt, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Bombers Directorate, moderates a panel called PEO Innovation: Accelerating Change with Small Businesses at Life Cycle Industry Days, or LCID, at the Dayton Convention Center, Dayton Ohio, Aug. 1, 2023.
