Jared Lenahan, a former U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, tells his story of recovery and resilience, Dec. 7, 2023. After an almost fatal fall while rock climbing in Italy, Jared spent the next five years at Walter Reed recovering from his many injuries. Jared is now part of the U.S. Rock Climbing Paralympic team.
