During the SHARP Awareness month of April, a free introductory self defense class was held on April 16th at Yano Gym, Camp Zama, Japan.
A good turnout of around 20 participants learned basic grip and body hug breaks, along with a hip toss throw.
This was to build awareness and empower participants with tools to navigate challenging situations.
