Paulson, an Air Station Miami HC-144 Ocean Sentry airplane co-pilot, recounts his first-hand recollection of assisting four people and reportedly a dog after their aircraft crashed into the water off Albert Whitted Airport, Florida, Oct. 8, 2024.
