The 313th Army Band played "The Star-Spangled Banner" and the "Army Song" as part of a memorialization ceremony in Sanford, Fla., on July 19. The new facility was officially renamed the Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn C. Cashe U.S. Army Reserve Center after an Oviedo native.
