Sgt. Maj. Michael Barros, operations noncommissioned officer in charge, 358th Civil Affairs Brigade earns his Italian jump wings from Italian army 1st Capt. Paracadutisti “Folgore” Alberto Spinelli. Spinelli served as the jumpmaster for this airborne operation, granting a foreign jump wing exchange for the near 100 soldiers that participated in the jump.
