Brig. Gen. Vincent A. Coglianese relinquished authority to Brig. Gen. John Bullard during a change of command ceremony held at the 11 Area parade deck on Camp Pendleton, Aug. 23. "It is a truly wonderful experience to be back here at Camp Pendleton," said Bullard. "We are going ot keep up the fine traditions that Mary and Vinny have established, and we're going to continue to march forward."
