Spc. Adrian Vaca, combat engineer, 571st Sapper Company, 14th Engineers Battalion, 555th Engineers Brigade, conducts burpees before firing his weapon. The soldiers completed three firing iterations, which included up to 10 repetitions of burpees before firing 10 rounds, they were required to hit the target six times in order to move to the next iteration. This event was designed to test the soldiers on attention control, blocking surrounding distractions and managing their focus, Aug. 28. The company conducted a stress firing range as part of their comprehensive soldier and family fitness preparation.
