Sgt. Julian E. Dioulo, an environmental specialist with Base Safety and Environmental, 1st Marine Logistics Group, kept the audience laughing through his rousing rendition of the Rick James classic, decked out in his shirt proclaiming him as the "Superfreak." Dioulo was one of many talented performers that showed up for "TQ Idol" to impress the crowd and celebrate Independence Day. Dioulo is from Marietta, Ga.
