Noteworthy 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing noncommissioned officers enter the Jefferson Memorial during a two-day Committed and Engaged Leadership seminar in Washington, D.C., Sept. 7. At each monument found in the National Mall one previously selected individual gathered their peers and briefed them on the history, size, purpose, common misconceptions and the significance of each monument. This served as both a learning technique and a chance to practice their oral presentation skills.
