A Burundi National Defense Force soldier uses a laser rangefinder to calculate his distance from unexploded ordnance in Bujumbura, Burundi, Aug. 20, 2013. U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal technicians assigned with Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa conducted a three-week military-to-military exchange with Burundian soldiers to improve knowledge of unexploded ordnance disposal techniques.
