A Burundi National Defense Force soldier and U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Lincoln Saucier, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, attach a pulley to a tree which will be used to safely move unexploded ordnance during an exercise in Bujumbura, Burundi, Aug. 21, 2013. The CJTF-HOA and Burundian service members shared best practices during the exercise, held Aug. 5-23, to improve knowledge of unexploded ordnance disposal techniques.
