Members of the 61st Civil Support Team (CST), Arkansas National Guard, prepare to enter a building to search for a chemical manufacturing laboratory during a training exercise in Chilocco, Okla. The scenario is part of an exercise called "Joint Eagle" which has brought together emergency response assets from the Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico and Oklahoma National Guard and a number of civilian agencies. The exercise is intended to provide training on a cooperative response of multiple CSTs and civilian agencies to a large disaster.
