Runners from all backgrounds participated in the Bagram Air Field shadow run of the 29th Annual Army Ten-Miler, Sept. 22, 2013. The Army Ten-Miler is the third largest 10-mile road race in the world and is the Army’s premier running event. The event is designed to promote the Army, build esprit de corps, support fitness goals and enhance community relations. This year’s shadow run had more than 700 participants who ran along the road encompassing the air field.
