Staff Sgt. Veryl Kirkpatrick, 748th Maintenance Aircraft Squadron dedicated crew chief, details his role in maintaining the readiness of the F-15E Strike Eagle to U.S. Ambassador Barry White during his visit to Bodø Main Air Station, Norway, Sept. 20, 2013. The ambassador met with leaders and personnel from the U.S., Norway, Finland and Sweden on station in support of the Arctic Challenge exercise 2013 (ACE-13). ACE-13 is a combined exercise, with our NATO allies (and regional partners), that provides an opportunity for all forces to integrate operations and build upon an already strong mil-to-mil relationship.
