The ambassador met with leaders and personnel from the U.S., Norway, Finland and Sweden on station in support of the Arctic Challenge exercise 2013 (ACE-13). ACE-13 is a combined exercise, with our NATO allies (and regional partners), that provides an opportunity for all forces to integrate operations and build upon an already strong mil-to-mil relationship.
