On May 16, 2013, Training Center Garrison Command manager- Camp Bowie briefly inspects the modified record fire range from atop a hill during a routine drive of the 9,000-acre training site located in Brownwood, Texas. One of four training sites managed by the Texas Army National Guard, Camp Bowie trains an average of 70,000 people a year and has trained almost 420,000 since 2007.
