Joshua Thompson, 43d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, with his coin during his tour of 43d Airlift Group units Sept. 16. Sergeant Thompson’s outstanding knowledge and skills were instrumental to the success of Joint Operational Access Exercise 13-03, the largest in a decade, enabling the safe launch of 154 sorties that delivered over 4,000 paratroopers with a 100 percent maintenance departure reliability rate.
