Maj. Gen. Rick Martin, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, presents Tech. Sgt. Helen Wharry, 43d Airlift Group Knowledge Operations Management, with his coin during his tour of 43d Airlift Group units Sept. 16. As a database expert, Sergeant Wharry re-engineered the group’s performance report tracking database program, trained 52 personnel, and activated 20 cells of the group’s metrics report card in three months. Her efforts led the group to lead Air Mobility Command units for on-time evaluations. Gen.
