Members from the Equatorial Guinea Navy go over plans for a mock boarding to take place with Capt. Robert Wagner, Commanding Officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Dallas, July 10. Dallas is deployed to the region under the direction of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet, in support of Africa Partnership Station. APS is an initiative aimed at strengthening global-maritime partnerships through training and other collaborative activities in order to improve global maritime safety and security.
