Uganda People's Defense Force Lt. Col. Simon Agong, 503rd Brigade Commander, joins Kaabong district chairperson Francis Lotinyang and U.S. Army Capt. Gilbert Barrett in handing out certificates at the completion of a One Health mission in the region Aug. 23, 2013. Agong was on hand to recognize the efforts of the participants, several of whom are Ugandan Soldiers under his command.
