Shooters aboard the U.S. Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) give the signal to launch an E-2C Hawkeye from the "Liberty Bells" of Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 115 from the ship's flight deck. The George Washington Carrier Strike Group is conducting exercises with the South Korean navy to strengthen maritime interoperability and the U.S.-South Korea alliance.
