The first 100 feet of a 250 feet rubble mound breakwater constructed by Seabees from Underwater Construction Team (UCT) Two. Seabee divers from UCT Two are working with Timor-Leste's MPU, Australia's Defence Cooperation Program, the Timor-Leste Defense Force and Seabees from NMCB 3 to construct a rubble mound breakwater and floating small boat pier.
