North Carolina state Senior Enlisted Leader Army Command Sgt. Maj. John Swart talks with a Botswana Defence Force soldier in a recent visit Swart made during a State Partnership Program (SPP) engagement in the southern Africa country. The North Carolina National Guard conducted nearly twice as many SPP engagements in 2013.
