Mary Rose Ann Basa-Pavlushkin, a native of San Jose, Calif., assigned to the 1113th Transportation Company, 152nd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 15th Sustainment Brigade, conducts pre-combat checks on her M240B machine gun prior to her unit’s convoy to Forward Operating Base Tarin-Kwot, Afghanistan, Nov. 6.
