The U.S. Army chaplains of Area II pose with the Religious Retreat Center bell, a symbol of the RRC, during the decommissioning ceremony, Nov. 21. The functions and community services of the RRC have relocated to the South Post Chapel on U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan, to continue serving the community members as it has for the past 58 years.
