Sailors and Navy civilian employees set up the brow aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) as the ship arrives at Naval Station Mayport, its new homeport. The homeport change is part of a larger move of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group homeport change in support of strategic dispersal and two viable East Coast surface ship homeports as well as the preservation of the ship repair industrial base in those areas.
