Command Sgt. Maj. Scott M. Hentz, incoming command sergeant major for the 728th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion salutes Lt. Col. Timothy A. Brooks, commander of the 728th CSSB, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, for the first time after assuming command. Representatives from each constituent unit of the CSSB attended the ceremony on Dec. 7th, 2013 in the Phoenixville Armory in Phoenixville, Pa. “Enlisted leadership is always there. And because they are always there, soldiers expect more from us. They expect us to understand them, to help them, suffer with them, and if necessary to live or die in combat with them,” he said.
