The M8 Light Armored Car, known as the Greyhound, produced by Ford Motor Company starting in 1943 and used by British troops as well as the 14th Cavalry Group in Europe and the Far East during World War II. Soldiers from the Combat Repair Team, Company B, 225th Brigade Support Battalion, found the vehicle in the equipment boneyard on Camp Taji, northwest of Baghdad, and are refurbishing it in hopes to ship it back to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii for display as a part of Cavalry history.
