Command Sgt. Maj. Marvin Hill, a Memphis, Tenn., native who serves as the senior enlisted leader of Multi-National Force – Iraq, praises Pfc. Ian Costley, a Palmetto, Fla., native, during a ceremony at Combat Outpost Apache in northern Baghdad, July 26, 2008. Costley, a medic with Company C, 1st Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, which is currently attached to 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, was later presented with a challenge coin by Hill. The coin reads, in part, "For Excellence in Combat."
