The Quick Reaction Force team for 3rd Battalion Infantry Regiment, 256th Brigade Combat Team patrol the streets of Muhalla securing perimeter of the Military Crime Unit before entering the facility to talk with the Iraqi Police about any AIF activities in the area. They reported that they have not been attacked in over a week, since improvements were made around the MCU. After leaving the MCU the QRF team dismounted into the streets of Muhalla with intel on three possible cars bombs in the area. While searching for the car bombs, the Soldiers of 3-156th stop and talked with the local residents making sure that everything was alright and if they've seen anything suspicious lately. Even though the three possible car bombs were not found that night, the streets of Muhalla are constantly being patrolled by the Soldiers of 3-156th making sure the residents are being protected.
