Patrick Aspland, a Fort Ann, N.Y., native, to his home on Aug. 21, 2008, to discuss projects that will improve the quality of life for residents in this northeast Baghdad region. Aspland is the executive officer for the 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment "Wolfhounds," 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad.
