Private First Class Arnold Millan, artilleryman with Bravo Battery, 1st Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, and a native of Phoenix, Ariz., swiftly rushes to the M777 lightweight howitzer to clear the barrel and reload after firing a mission in support of Exercise Steel Knight 2014 at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Dec. 13, 2013. Steel Knight is a large-scale, combined arms, live fire exercise integrating the ground combat element from 1st Marine Division with aviation and logistical support from 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing and 1st Marine Logistics Group.
