Adrian Ramsey, a heavy equipment operator and mechanic with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, concentrates on a land navigation test in which Marines had to plot grid locations and measure distances on a map at Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Jan. 13, 2014. Prior to testing, Marines received classes on basic skills, the combat orders process, weapon assembly and disassembly, Marine Corps history, and customs and courtesies.
