ALI BASE, Iraq- Airman Bret Fontaine (right), a fire fighter with the 28th Civil Engineers Squadron, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D. and Airman 1st Class Bret Hunter with the 37th Airlift Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, are deployed with the 407th Air Expeditionary Group, Ali Base, Iraq.
The Airmen participated in a mass casualty training exercise Oct. 17, which simulated a mass casualty fire alert. The exercise was conducted to prepare the Ali Base fire department for real world events.
