A sign outside of the Ban Hua Wang Krang School in Phitsanulok, Kingdom of Thailand, commemorates the involvement of multinational forces during an engineering civic assistance project which took place during Cobra Gold 2013. U.S. service members along with a representative from the People’s Liberation Army visited the school Feb. 4 to reconnect with the community and ensure the structure was functioning as designed during Cobra Gold 2014. Cobra Gold is a Thai-U.S. co-sponsored multinational, joint theater security cooperation exercise conducted annually in the Kingdom of Thailand. The U.S. service members are participating as the civil affairs unit of the combined joint civil military affairs operations task force for CG 14. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by 1st Lt. Luke B.
