Soldiers of 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 173rd BSB, give an intravenous injection during a combat lifesaver training (CLS) under the supervision of their squad leader, at Monte Romano. The major training area is the largest Italian army training area on the Italian peninsula and is located about 90 miles northeast of Rome.
