A U.S. Marine assault amphibious vehicle drives out of the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Denver (LPD-9) Feb. 14. The Denver and the AAV participated in a demonstration of an amphibious assault during Exercise Cobra Gold 2014, which is a multinational exercise conducted annually to promote interoperability between participating nations.
