Maj. Gen. Don Dunbar, Wisconsin adjutant general, addresses more than 60 deploying 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team soldiers, their families and friends during a formal sendoff ceremony Feb. 22 at Camp Williams, Wis. Joining Dunbar on stage are, left to right: Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch, U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, Brig. Gen. Mark Anderson, deputy adjutant general for Army, state Command Sgt. Maj. Bradley Shields, and Command Chief Warrant Officer John Freeman. During their Middle East deployment, some of the soldiers will conduct base security operations in Kuwait, while others will conduct military engagement missions with representatives from regional military organizations.
