Master Sgt. Herman Crawford portrays Martin Luther King Jr. during the annual Black History Month celebration held by the 81st Regional Support Command at Fort Jackson, S.C., on Feb. 27. Crawford recited the famous and largely improvised "I Have a Dream" portion of a speech originally delivered on Aug. 28, 1963, during the March on Washington.
