    Retired Maj. Gen. Abraham Turner, a former Fort Jackson post commander, was the keynote speaker at the Black History Month celebration held by the 81st Regional Support Command on Fort Jackson, S.C., Feb. 27. Here, 81st Chief of Staff Pete Quinn thanks him for his participation in the event. Turner was the first black post commander at Fort Jackson.
