U.S. Army soldiers, Hawaii and Alaska National Guard and U.S. Army Reserves Pacific, zero their M-4 rifles prior to a weapons qualification and reflexive fire event as part of the Best Warrior Competition at the Kaneohe Bay Range Training Facility Feb. 28, 2014, at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The Best Warrior Competition challenged Army National Guard soldiers and U.S. Army Reserve Pacific soldiers on weapon assembly, reactive fire, care under fire, visual signaling techniques, chemical and biological hazard reaction, escalation of force, movement under fire, land navigation and combatives.
