Vietnam veteran Jim Barbour stands in the front yard of his home in Killeen, Texas, which he has lived in for 38 years, Feb. 22, 2014. Barbour, a former staff sergeant, was a door gunner in the 68th Assault Helicopter Company and logged more than 3,000 flight hours in Vietnam from 1966-1969.
