BTH is an annual humanitarian exercises which benefits the people of the region. The SMEE benefits the Dominican soldiers and U.S. Army personnel as it enhances capabilities on personnel recovery, vehicle searches, search and rescue, land navigation, and personnel search and restraint techniques.
