Tech. Sgt. James Gould, aerospace propulsion craftsman assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, performs a beta tube adjustment which tests the blade angle on a C-130J propeller, Oct. 6, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. Maintainers assigned to the EAMXS ensure aircraft are ready to fly missions in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Sgt. Gould, a native of Jackson, Miss., is deployed from Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark.
